- How many photographs do I need to send?
- Send us your favourite safari photographs. There is no fixed number — part of our work is choosing the frames that carry the story.
- Do I have to design the album?
- No. Safari Heritage Albums handles the curation, sequencing and design. There is no software to learn and no template to fill in.
- Can I make changes?
- Yes. Up to two rounds of revisions are included before production.
- How long does production take?
- Approximately 10 days once your proof is approved.
- How long does delivery take?
- Typically approximately 2 – 3 weeks depending on destination.
- Can you deliver internationally?
- Yes. Worldwide delivery is available. Shipping is calculated according to destination.
- What does an album cost?
- The 30 × 20 cm album is R3,000 and the 40 × 30 cm album is R4,000. Shipping is calculated separately according to destination.
- Can a safari operator have their logo embossed?
- Yes. Permanent operator logo embossing is available for partner operators.
- Can I choose the leather colour?
- Yes. The available standard cover colours are shown on the website and are included in the album price.
- Can I include captions or text?
- Yes. Captions, place names, dates and messages can be incorporated into the printed interior design.
